IZABELA BINIEK

Izabela brings over 15 years of experience in the administration of international funds. She joined CEE EP in 2015 and currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer. She is responsible for managing human resources across all levels, coordinating projects, ensuring effective communication throughout the organization, and implementing procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Izabela holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, specializing in Social Work, Social Politics, and Administration in Social Services from the Maria Grzegorzewska Academy of Special Education.
