CEE Equity Partners Limited was granted authorisation as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) on 24 July 2015 to provide services under the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD). On 12 June 2017, the Company extended its licence under the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) to provide portfolio management and investment advice services.
