MAGDALENA TYSZKIEWICZ

Magdalena is a polish lawyer with almost 20 years of experience in M&A law, corporate law and international transactions. She has worked for Private Equity since 2015.

On a day-to-day basis, her role involves working with portfolio companies from the CEE region on various shareholder, legal, corporate governance, and other issues. Magdalena coordinates projects with service providers from Luxembourg, Cyprus and the UK. She serves as a liaison between the portfolio companies and the funds.

Magdalena is a graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty at the University of Warsaw and has a diploma from the Institute of Continuing Education of the Cambridge University (course at the University of Warsaw). Magdalena is a CYSEC approved AML Compliance Officer.
